It is night and there is no moon.
The ledge is quite narrow here so you have to watch your step. To the southeast the ledge curves around the mountainside and you can see Broken Mountain rising
skyward behind Razorback. There is a steep upland valley running in between the slopes of the two mountains.
It is a damn cold spring prime's night with almost no wind and scattered puffy clouds.
There are two obvious exits: east and northwest.

AAARRRGGGHHH!!!

You are currently hurtling downwards at a great speed towards almost certain doom on the jagged rocks beneath. It's a fair estimate that there aren't
many people in the world who are currently worse off than you.
There is one obvious exit: down.
> Your fingers jerk spasmodically as panic washes through your body!

SPLAT!

Your broken body tumbles into an upland stream and is carried off.

Your lifeless body is washed up beneath a bridge far downstream.

You stand up.
This is a short walkway along the water's edge underneath the bridge in Ohulan-Cutash. It's quite peaceful here, the cries of the market drowned out by
the splashing of water. A wooden ladder leads back up onto the bridge from here.
There is one obvious exit: up.
The light surrounding you flickers and winks out.
The light around corpse of Woodpigeon flickers and winks out.
Someone says: MY, WE'VE BEEN A BIT CARELESS, HAVEN'T WE? SHALL WE POPPADOM TO THE NEXT DIMENSION?
You turn and see Death standing behind you.
Death says: IS DYING THE NEW FASHION? WOULD YOU FOLLOW SOMEONE IF THEY JUMPED OFF A CLIFF?
Death says: ACTUALLY, DON'T ANSWER THAT.
tell airk blast.
You tell Airk: Blast.
> Death says: ALAS, YOU ARE DEAD NOW: SHUFFLED OFF THE MORTAL COIL, OUT OUT BRIEF CANDLE, FAREWELL CRUEL WORLD...
Death pauses for dramatic effect. He's trying to humanise a touch.
Airk comforts you.
Death says: I SUPPOSE YOU WANT TO BE ALLOWED TO STAY, DO YOU?
A duck swims aimlessly around on the river.
Death says: I REALLY DON'T LIKE DOING ALL THESE FAVOURS FOR YOU PEOPLE.
Death says: I MEAN, WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?
Death says: I'M KIND OF BUSY, HOW ABOUT ONE FREE EXTRA RIDE?

Death is atop Binky here.
The corpse of Woodpigeon is on the floor and Binky is standing next to you, carrying Someone.
> Death says: IF YOU TALK ABOUT THIS TO ANYONE, WATCH OUT, YOU MAY JUST WAKE UP DEAD.
Death says: ENOUGH OF THAT. I WONDER IF THE FISH ARE BITING...
Death gets back onto Binky and rides away.
You hear a pattering of many tiny feet.
The ground suddenly opens up in front of your feet and a bunch of manically grinning dwarves pop out and start bouncing around in front of you.
With a huge smile one of the grinning dwarves whispers in your ear: Here, take this book - it'll tell you what you need to know about getting your body back. But
don't mention it to Death. Ok?
Without waiting, they all leap back into the hole which slowly closes after them.

Back.
