Links.

Here's some links to some good pages about some good bands that there's now way I could ever make.

Radiohead:
The Official Site Used to be a bunch of crazily good art. The art's still there, only now they have more stuff about the band. It is, by far, the best artist's web page on the whole of this crazy network. Check out Ed's diary.
Planet Telex He gets news direct from the band I think, and it's always fresh. Plus some cool info about every Radiohead song ever.
Injektilo* A nicely designed site, with some good MP3 files and some other fun things. Has a good section with info about the forthcoming album with downloadable songs tat are in the running for inclusion.
The Perfect Song Facsimile Surely the best Radiohead MP3 site, if not the best MP3 site for any band. There's live versions of just about every song, unreleased stuff and demos, just a great site for downloading some music.

Beck:
Beck.com The official site, it's well-put-together, offering good news and a nice discography, which revealed to me that the title of Beck's first 7" was MTV Makes Me Want To Smoke Crack. It's best offering is a new downloadable video each week of Beck in the studio recording his next album. They've been very interesting so far.

REM:
File Under R.E.M. Good news, plus the always handy Lyrics Guide to help you understand those crazy-mumbled early lyrics. Some of them are wrong in my opinion, but thats the fun of it.
Murmurs.com The best place for REM news.
The Official REM site (REM HQ) The fairly new REM official site. Fan club info (if you like the band, join this club, it is worth it), offical news, plus a Radiohead inspired exploratory-type webpage with some nice looking art.

Mogwai:
OFFICIAL MOGWAI INFORMATION The official home of the 'gwai on the internet. A simple site, part of the inspiration for this site. It has the always hilarious tour diary, the nice FAQs and the bargain filled Mogwai Merchie, the band's direct mail order company. If you're in the USA, it's cheaper to buy their EPs from here and have them ship them from fookin Scotland than it is to buy even the domestic version here (if there even is one).
Bright Light! Houses the best Mogwai discography for the times when you just can't remember which EP has "Superheroes of BMX" on it. Also a good news source and a source for more many more Mogwai links than I have.
Stereo Dee Excellent MP3 source for radio seesions and other rare stuff. Also contains a good interview with the band conducted by the maker of the site.

Miscellaneous:

NME.COM The fine British musical paper's website. All the news of all the best bands and some pretty good reviews (they are also pretty crappy in places). My taste in music seems to be much more common in England than it is over here in America, so if you're sick of Rolling Stone because Creed was just on the cover check this site out.

Jonessoda.com The internet home to that fine fine beverage. It's a small company, so if you don't have it in the gas station in your area go check this site out, you must have some. There is only one gas station within 15 miles that has it where I live, plus a coffee shop in the mall. But oh is it worth it. If you've got some photos, send them in and the good folks at Jones might put it on their bottle. It's a cool website by the way.

Now it's time for the mandatory warning that I'm too lazy to type anymore tonight and that I will someday put some more things on this page.

More will be coming soon, so get your filthy hands out of that!

That concludes the mandatory warning that I'm too lazy to type anymore tonight and that I will someday put some more things on this page.
