I attended Field High School, and graduated in - well, I won't give that away, but Mr. Evans was principal. Kent State University finally gave me my degree in 1989, and I began teaching at Valley Forge High School in Parma, Ohio. I earned my Master's Degree from The University of Akron in 1998, about the same time I retired from the Ohio Army National Guard with over 20 years of service, the last ten as an M1 tank commander. After nine years of driving from Akron to Parma everyday, I was glad to come to Southeast Middle School. I've always wanted to live in the community where I teach, so we bought a house in Diamond and have been enjoying the country ever since. This is my fifth year at the middle school, and I'm enjoying more and more every year. Parents and students, feel free to write me at: |
