On March 3, 2000, just south of the Serpentine in Hyde Park, London, England, Jeff Fecke asked Shelly Carroll to marry him.  Happily for Jeff (and, we think, Shelly too), she said yes, thus bringing both Jeff and Shelly into a wonderful world of love, respect, friendship, caterers, reception halls, invitations, and churches.  We hope that this web site will help us share this most happy of days with all of you, and maybe, just maybe, help you enjoy this wedding even more than you already would have.  Thanks for stopping by, we love you all!
