Cesky Krumlov

A small church in Sedlec that houses the remains of 14th century plague victims.  In the 19th Century a local rearranged the scattered bones to make some rather peculiar artwork.

Lidice

A memorial in Lidice, a vilage of about 500 that was randomly and systematically destroyed by the Nazi army as punishment for the Czech assassination of several German officers.  All men over 15 years of age were killed, the women sent to concentration camps, and the children sent to foster families in Germany.  Even the buildings themselves were taken down to their foundations.

The city of Pilzn, an industrial town and home to pilsener beer.  The Czech equivalent of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
