AIUCHI JIU JITSU

Jiu Jitsu is great fun. It's great for self defense, it's good exercise and you get to throw people about.

As I have rather a lot of time spare, I thought I'd make a page with lots of pictures of various throws and other bits and bobs to do with jiu jitsu.  Some of it is stolen, most of it I made myself and am extremely proud of.  I find it helpful- I hope you do too but remember this is no substitute for real training and if your sensei says the stuff here is wrong then do it their way- they're probably right!  Please ignore the tattyness of this site- it's a working progress okay.
