Slow Cooker Chuck Roast

Ingredients:

  • 3lb boneless beef chuck roast

  • 1 envelope (1 oz) dry onion soup mix

  • 1 (10 oz) can condensed cream mushroom soup

Preparation:

  • Place roast in crock pot

  • Sprinkle onion soup on roast 

  • Then spoon on soup

  • Cover and cook: low 8 hours or 
    on high for 4 hours
