Casserole
Ingredients:

1lb
Corn Beef
-
1/2lb
Swiss Cheese
(can use low-fat cheese)

1
can Sauerkraut, drained

Thousand
Island dressing
-
6
slices of bread, cubed
(you can use any bread you like)
- 4
tbsp butter, melted

Preparation:

Heat
oven to 350 degrees
-
Cover
the bottom of a 13X9 casserole dish with the corn beef, then
sauerkraut
-
Cover
with Thousand Island dressing
-
You
can use how ever much you like, just make sure you completely cover
the sauerkraut
-
Layer
the dressing with Swiss cheese
-
Toss
the bread cubes in the melted butter and layer on the top of the Swiss
cheese
-
Cook
in the oven until the bread is lightly toasted,
about 20-30 mins.
