Clarence Gean, 76 of Halls, Tennessee, died Tuesday in Parkview Hospital in Dyersburg. He was born in Tennessee and was a firmer resident of Blytheville. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Rachel Gilman Gean; Two daughters, Mrs. Eunice Westling and Mrs. Rebecca Recknor, both of Aurora, Illinois; One brother, Aulsie Gean of Halls; Four sisters, Mrs. Alice Lott and Mrs. Frances Barron, both of Blytheville, Mrs. Gladys Wright of Quartzite, Az. and Mrs. Lillie Bunn of Huntington Park, Ca. Six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Services were held at 10 a.m. today in Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. John Marshall officiating. A second service will be held at 3 p.m. today in Mt. Vernon Baptist Church in Dyersburg with the Rev. Jerry Baker officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Vernon Cemetery. |
