BRONSON/PRETTYMAN

Questions:  1. Need info on John Prettyman, Rachel A. Prettyman Blayor, Arie Prettyman, William S. Prettyman, Charles Monrow, Francise (Fanny) Monrow, Lurena Prettyman, Mary Collins, Robert T. Prettyman. 2.  Mary Collins was a granddaughter to William Prettyman, enumerated with him in the 1880 Federal Census in Decatur Co., Iowa.  Who did she marry?  She had a child living with them. 3. Need info on Bronson families.  Mathew Bronson came from Norway sometime before 1860.  Family legend has it that he was a soldier in Norway, also a forrester.  The story goes that he was a crew member on a ship that docked in New York harbor and that he jumped ship.  He was never naturalized.  Any information about his family in Norway or in the U.S. would be very, very welcome!!!
