You brought me so much joy,
A joy that is so different from anything else,
Something I want to hang on to,
I raised you like you were my child,
I wanted to take you on adventures,
And see your pretty eyes light up with curiosity,
I wanted to show everyone what a kind soul you are,
And how unconditional love is,
When I used to feel like no one cared about me,
You would show me that you love me,
You always make me feel better when I am sad.
Now that you are in spirit,
You are no less beautiful from the day when you were born,
Now I want you to live happy the rest of your life,
Filled with joy,
I pray for you often,
My love for you is forever,
And you understand me as much as I understand you,
I know you don't want me to be sad,
Now you can go wherever your heart desires,
And run and play,
You can show many more people your love, yourself,
I know you will probably come and visit me throughout my life,
And that means so much to me,
May god guide you and I through our lives,
With each other in our hearts.

Is there a soul that is pure,
Someone that believes in morals that are clear,
Something that makes their heart innocent,
And kind,
And seeing that beauty in it,
Is there a soul that loves unconditionally,
And sees all that you can learn through love faithfully,
Is there a soul that does not follow to the likes of others,
But knows they can stand tall in their own way,
And would only follow to learn of better things to say,
Is there a soul that is free,
To do what they feel,
Someone that can see empathy as real,
Why does the world have so few people like this,
And is it really so far between them?
The world stands as stone,
Until someone breaks through somehow,
I will be waiting for them to be seen through the crowd.
