The 35th (Hill's 5th Tenn.) Tennessee Infantry CSA / 5th Tennessee Infantry US Volunteers, Capt. Drew Billingsley, Commanding.  The 35th is a member of the Tunnel Hill Historical Foundation, Inc., reactivated in 1986, also a member unit of The Alabama Division of Re-enactors, Ken Sumner, Brigadier General, Lt. Col. Randy Smith , 2nd in command.  We currently have members in 9 states, Australia, England and Germany. We are a family oriented Civil War reenactment unit, participating in and hosting Civil War Living History Camps and Battles in Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia. Our members have participated in movies, such as The Blue and Gray Book 2, Last Confederate Widow Tells All, Andersonville, Class of '61, Shenandoah to name a few. We strive to relive history for the public in such a way that an accurate picture may be had to educate and to help raise funds for historic preservation of Civil War sites in Georgia, Tennessee and Alabama.
