Class 1970 Pledge

We, the members of the Rizal High School Class of 1969-1970, aware of the changing values in the present society and the roles that we must eventually play in it as the successors of our elders, do solemnly pledge:

To incorporate within ourselves the essence of transformed morality relevant to the challenges of the times in all our acts;

To perceive with openness of mind the present trend of existence;

To intelligently assess the whole social set-up of Philippine society and to pursue, with honest intentions, industry, and unswerving audacity, these worthy ventures - social, economic, political or religious, that will benefit the greatest number of populace till those said ventures have achieved fruition;

To view with optimism the future of our nation, and to ever keep in mind the truism that a lot of good things are always in store for men of pure intent; and,

To persistently assert our worth as man.

SO HELP US GOD.
