A Tenants' Association (TA), formed by volunteer residents, is actively involved to improve the quality of life at Maple Leaf Quay Apartments. So far, the activities of the TA are as follows:   

• Contact established with government and non-profit bodies that protect tenants' rights
• This web site and a internet bulletin board were set up
• Mailing address was established, a drop-off box was set up
• A survey has been conducted among residents of both buildings
• Two meetings are held with the building managements

  The TA is committed to maintain contact with the management and observe that the tenants' rights are respected. Note that we are tenants just like you are. Therefore, if you have issues and/or concerns, please approach the management first. Savina Koleva is the Site Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operations. She and her staff are there to help and, judging from our experience with the new management, they have a very professional, positive and friendly attitude towards resolving the tenants' problems. If you are still not satisfied with the treatment you receive, please contact the TA representatives and let us know what the issue is. We will try to help you out.
