As an outgoing individual I thrive on meeting people and helping them reach their goals. I feel rewarded and excel with the experience. This motivates me to carry out projects to completion.

Being very active I participate in almost all outdoor sports such as skiing, snowboarding, rollerblading, running, cycling, golfing, hiking, and walking. I also enjoy dancing and listening to music especially Latin. These sports leave me very alert and ready to tackle some of the most difficult tasks. I am very involved in Toastmasters International as an active member in Ace of Clubs in downtown Calgary. I have completed the assignments to achieve the Competent Toastmaster and Competent Leader recognitions. I have also held the Division Leadership roles, Area Governor, Club Rescue, and Club Specialist working with Club growth, retention, and education. This has improved my skills as an effective communicator and leader. My career life I am a System Analyst. I am currently self-employed with experience in Application design, development, maintenance, and support mostly in a UNIX environment. These technical skills complement my Bachelor of Science Degree.

Here in Calgary I have made many new friends since moving from Vancouver in August 1995. Most of my family is in Vancouver, some in New York City, and others in Trinidad and Tobago. I was born in Vancouver and love the ocean and the rain. Here in Calgary I like the friendly people and enjoy working with them.
