My Dream




The gentle breeze whispers your name
As the darkness of night falls upon thee
The stars dance around the moon
Waiting.... for dreams to surround me

A soft gentle rain begins to fall
The dark clouds begin to cover
The stars no longer shining
As I drift.... to meet my secret lover

I walk towards you
Longing for your embrace
Knowing you will always be there
Waiting... in our special place

The minutes turn to hours
Within your arms I lay
All through this endless night
'Til morning light turns day

Do not awake me from this precious dream
Here until eternity
It seems.... in my dream.
