| To make a Fantasy Garden that the public can visit takes an enormous effort. Not just the constructing of Suitable, Air brushed security fencing,shelters for individual displays and large statues, but because of public risk policies the ability to keep some sense of behavour control is an absolute must. So you know me, I just step off the cloud ,with the usual blind faith as to provision of abundance and I begin. Yes that proverbial first step is all that is required. Here you see many hours of work just in the first toadstool houses,still wet clay at this point. Wish me luck, donate,send me anything you think might help if you wish. A very kind Lenny from Cooloola Roofing Ph:0754739727 or Mobile 0407463487 is giving me some off cuts for fencing. It may be my private project but beleive me it's no get rich quick scheme and I can't wait to set hearts on fire with the final results. I have a pet obsession with a building product called papercrete which I intend using and show and tell as things progress. Regards, Mary |

| What a wonderfull feeling to open the kiln two mornings ago and there they were .3 statues ready to glaze and refire. There has been a change to toadstool design.Rio steel in stead of the plastic pipe. |

| That's the name of the small fantasy garden behind Bauple Mountain Fairies to be opened sometime in September.Not complete then though of course. |

| ManHattan here is a whole new technique for me.Chicken wire, fabric and some stuffing ,painted by Gesso. I really am enjoying the reinvention of my Gallery and the characters within. The visitors are enjoying it to. A whole new energy pervades the place. |

| It is happening,I am practising on my own guest room and ensuite at the moment.Want to get this whole thing clear in my head before I do anything that the public will get to see. Also ,as I go a long I am devising most appropriate techniquea and tools. Yes it may take a little longer but I want to do it right. I have been creating and printing some new cards for the gallery also.I will put a sales page up on them some time. Regards,Mary 11/7/05 |
