Profile

Milind is an Architect and has done his masters in IT in Building Science

 from IIIT, Hyderabad. His specialization in M. Tech. Program is Building Automation and Services. He has done his final semester project in M.Tech. program with TATA-Honeywell, Pune, Building Automation and Controls Division.

 

Milind has worked with M/s. Sundaram Consultants Pvt. Ltd.,

 Bangalore. Responsibilities handled were the Requirement Analysis 

 and Conceptual Design, Planning, Visualization and Animation using 3D Tools, Multimedia Presentations, Working Drawings,coordinating with other Teams. Some of the major projects handled are Infosys Software Technology Park, Hyderabad (800000 sq ft of Built-up area) and Microland’s mega project Planetasia.com Software Technology Park in Bangalore. Values of projects are US$ 36 Million and US$ 26 Million respectively.  He has also worked as a Trainee Architect and Jr. Architect with Architect Ashley Mascarenhas & Assoc. Goa on various projects including civil design of factories and religious buildings and civil and interior designs for residential buildings.

                   Presently undergoing project internship with TATA- Honeywell, Pune (Building Automation and Controls division). Project is Design and                    develpoment of virtual station for EBI-2000 (Enterprise Building Integrator, copyright Honeywell ), a building management system software.

Planning and Designing with Multimedia presentations for Infosys Software Technologies Ltd, for Infosys Software Technology Park, Hyderabad (India), 800000 sq ft of Built-up + Landscaping +Infrastructure + modern services. Included in this Built-up is a Umbrella Shaped Shell Structure, 7 Software Development Blocks with capacity of 600 employees each, Services Block, Admin cum Main Block, Recreation Centre, Guest Houses and Out-Door Play area.                                                                                                                                                                               Cost of Project : $ 36 Million.

Involved in Conceptual planning , designing , working drawings ,details and Conceptual Interiors for Software Tech Park for Planetasia.com, Bangalore(India). Incl. 2 software Blocks, Canteen Block, Educational Block, Recreation Block, Experience corridor, Landscaping +Infrastructure +modern services.                                                                                                                                                                                Cost of Project : $ 26 Million.
