J.E.C. File Viewer is a Text File Viewer for Windows 3.1. I developed it because the Windows 3.1 Notepad was limited to less than 64K file sizes The file viewer can open multiple files, file size is limited ONLY by memory (no 64K limit!). It is written in C++ using the zApp Class Libraries and the source is available.
