| It's not really fair to call it Day 3, because we had a 4-day break in Rhode Island-- WITH NO HOT DOGS!! But our third Tour Day started with a Pig In A Blanket at Yankee Doodle's. Now what, you may ask, is YD's interpretation of the pig-in-a-blanket? No bland flour-based wrap for them! No, the Doodle (as it is known to Yale students) lovingly wraps its dogs in Bacon before grilling! Very tasty, good coffee, and exceptional souvenirs. Next: (after a return trip to Swankys) Cozy Drive-In. |
