| Stop 1 was Rutt's Hut. Rutt's Hut deep fries their dogs. We started with an "in and out", which is cooked just the necessary amount in the fryer. We determined that more frying was needed to get the best skin consistency. The man behind the counter said that we could get a "cremater", which is a massively black dog. We opted for two "rippers", which are fired until the skin rips open. Sensational. Next stop: Swanky Frank's. |
