~Here are the bordered backgrounds that I have built with some of the awesome tubes I have found on the net.  I use Psp 7 and tons of layers.  Please feel free to use anyone you wish but do not claim it as your own or offer it on another download sight.  You are free to alter the background but please rename it if you do.  If you would like buttons or borders to match sooner than I have them uploaded, please email me.~
