He is named Sylvia and is like level 80 with Psychic, Psybeam, Pain Split, and Flash. I know it looks really psychadelic, but I like it. Ghost types seem like they would be shimmery and stuff. Origin: I used the official picture from Nintendo just as a visual reference. The pose is mine. |
