My husband and I began to pursue our dream to adopt last summer.  After finishing our homestudy, we were quickly matched with a birthmother. Unfortunately, after spending several weeks thousands of miles from home in a hotel with the baby we hoped to call ours, we discovered that the adoption would not go through. We left with very heavy hearts and felt extreme disappointment in the way the entire situation was handled. We wondered if it was always the case that little or no consideration was placed on protecting the adoptive families. When we came home I began to search on the Internet to see what other avenues we could take to pursue our dream to adopt. That is when I came across a website that rated various agencies and included feedback from clients. I am so thankful that we did because not even six weeks after signing with Betty we were matched! We went to California on February 8th to meet our beautiful sons, Elijah and Aziah. Words cannot express the gratitude we feel towards Betty for helping to bring these beautiful boys into our lives. In a sea of agencies and facilitators whose main concerns are money and making a sale at all costs, Betty is someone to truly be trusted. She is genuinely interested in the well being of all of her clients and a true advocate for adoptive families. The adoption process is also greatly expedited due to the fact that you are being shown to many agencies and are not locked into only one agency, and she is providing this service at a fraction of what other facilitators charge for the exact same service. We cannot thank Betty enough for the joy that she has helped bring into our lives. There could not be a better name than Little Bit of Heaven for this company because Betty truly is an Angel and we feel so blessed by the guidance and support she has given us.
