Last
night I was so very tired when I went to
bed
so I fell off to sleep right away. Then in a
dream I heard my door bell ring. When I
answered my door I was so surprised to see
Jesus standing there. I bid Him to come in and
as we sat down I ask, “ My Lord why have you
come to visit me?” He answered, “Because
I
know you have questions you want to ask
me.”
I then thought a moment and I ask,
“Easter
will be here in a few days, Why should
I
celebrate? I feel I should morn”
He
answered “Because I died!” I ask “Why did
you
have to die on that cross?” He answered
“Because I lived” I replied “Why did you have
to leave a perfect place like Heaven to come
live
here on Earth where many bad things
happen
everyday?” He answered “So I could die
for
your sins so you, my child, can repent and
be
saved.“ He told me this Easter is the
celebration
of His eternal life.
He
then put His arms around me and I felt His
great love in His embrace. He told me He
must
go but would return soon. He said the next
time
He came I would be going home with Him
and
then He would not leave me
behind.
I then woke up feeling the
peace that I have
been looking for in my life
lately. I know that no
matter how bad this
life gets I can look forward
to my Lord
returning for me. I will now
celebrate Easter,
not morn, because it is a
celebration of His
resurrection and eternal life.
