I made this page in honor and memory of "My Daddy" I lost him when I was 16 years old. I miss him very much, he was a happy, giving and loving man and he lived life to the fullest all the way to the end. He loved his family and he loved politics, which he was very involved in. He and my Mom (Helen Marie Alexander) were married in 1947, 1 year after he returned from the Navy. He was a switchman for the New Orleans and North Eastern railroads. He was 1 of 7 children of Eli Coot Lee and Crystal Hutchings Lee.

He was born in Carnes, Ms. East of Lumberton, Ms. My Daddy was very happy go lucky until it came to his family, I remember when my brother was wounded while serving in Korea... My Daddy stayed on the phone about 7 hours trying to get ahold of the President of the United States :o) He meant business :)He was very proud of all of his family. Sometimes its hard to remember that long ago but I will always remember his calming voice and his smell and the touch of security that he so often gave to us. If you knew my Daddy I know you will enjoy your visit and if you didn't know him I wish you could have. If you have a story about my Daddy please leave me a message, I would love to have it. Thanks for stopping by.:)

"He gave so much of himself to me,
his time, his trust, his tender care,
that whatever else I may become
I will always be my father's child."
-Robert Sexton

I miss my Daddy very much and he is missed greatly
but will always live on in our hearts!
