How do I earn money
Simple - just complete the tasks and click the links in the earning area. You get paid for your time and by viewing other offers.

When do I get paid
That varies. Some offers are paid immediately and for some offers the payments are delayed slightly until the company pays us in response. Each task is clearly marked for you to understand.

Can I join twice
Most offers require you to enter your personal data to receive the offers or to complete the surveys. You cannot use the same information twice and receive double credit for it. Multiple people from the same household can use the same computer.

Can I sign up my spouse
Yes, just send them to your referral url link, as found in the members area, and have them join under you.

How do I sponsor members or refer friends
Use your referral url, as found in the members area.

What happens when one of my downline upgrades
Most members end up upgrading due to the increased benefits and offers...it pays for itself in the first week or so. When a member upgrades, you receive a commission for that. They do not change position or sponsors - they stay exactly the same.

We recommend you upgrade immediately so you get a higher commission payment.

Our current minimum payout is based on your membership type. Free members have a higher minimum payout than paid members.

How do I get paid
We use several online methods including E-billion, E-gold, INT-Gold, Netteller and etc. If you don't have the above, we will send you to Money Order or in Mail.

I live outside the USA, can I join
Yes, we are fully international. Some offers are for USA members only and some offers are for non-USA members only. Each will be clearly stated. We use international online payment sources for your commissions

I requested my commissions, how long does it take
We normally process commissions requested, on Thursdays and Mondays. Make sure you have minimum due before requesting them. We do not save your commission information, it must be submitted each time.

Can i earn without referring others

Downline

I received an email saying "a member has been added to your downline"....what does this mean
We use a forced matrix system that produces a lot of "spillover" or members that are placed under other members that did not sponsor them. When one of your upline sponsors a new member - it may be placed under you, and if that happens you get an email stating that.

We recommend you upgrade immediately so you get a higher commission payment.

Can I change sponsors
If you mistakenly joined under the wrong person we can change your sponsor....just email us all the details. if you have a current downline or have sponsored members, you will lose them when you change sponsors so keep this in mind

One of my downline members disappeared, why
Some members delete themselves or request to be deleted. Our system compresses, so some downline members will be moved to follow their originally sponsor.

Can I change my username
Yes, provided you have not accumulated a downline or sponsored anyone, otherwise you will lose your downline. Just email us the details for this to happen

When will my upgrade or payment show
it takes 12-24 hours for our staff to review your payment and approve it. You still accumulate commissions at the appropriate rate even when you are pending or before approval. If it has been longer than 24 hrs, just email us how you paid and your username.

Do you take PayPal
No, their terms prohibit any affiliate program. PayPal also generally freezes accounts without notice, and we do not want your commissions to be in jeopardy.

Some members do not receive their welcome email
Some isps filter your email. You may also have your email filters set. We cannot control this, we suggest getting a yahoo or hotmail account.

Can I pay for someone else
Yes, but you have to email us how/when you paid and for which username it should be applied to

Can i earn without referring others

Can you debit my account or credit card
No, you must do it online yourself by clicking on the payment link and entering your information. We do not have access to your payment or credit card information.

Just use the "delete account" link on the front page of the members area

My credit card is declined, even though it is good
We use an outside processor and they handle all of that directly. Make sure you have your address and name exactly as printed on the card. If you have charged back internet purchases before, some card processors now refuse your transactions.
