Kimble discovers a valuable ally in Special Agent Kari Holmes, a profiler with the FBI who has a hidden past with Ben Charnquist. When Kimble saves Kari's life, Gerard picks up the scent and Kari must protect Kimble or lose her best hope of bringing the One-Armed Man to justice.

Richard Kimble gets a tip on the whereabouts of Ben Charnquist but Charnquist once again turns the tables on Kimble. Meanwhile, Kari Holmes adjusts to life back on active duty at the FBI and finds she can not concentrate on her assigned duties as her mind keeps going back to the murder of Helen Kimble and how she’s now connected to it. Richard and Kari lead separate lives until an attempt on Kimble’s life brings the two of them together.

Kari Holmes rescues Richard Kimble and takes him back to her townhouse. Richard discovers things about Kari in home that he never would have guessed about her. She shows her domestic side and the two have an “almost first date.”

Richard Kimble arrives in Roswell NM and becomes involved with investigating the death of the husband of an attractive diner owner. Her own brother was convicted of manslaughter for it while she believes in his innocence. Meanwhile, Kari Holmes arrives in Chicago IL to take her place on the task force and assesses the situation on all fronts.

Kimble races to find smith282 before Charnquist, while Gerard is presented with conclusive proof that the OAM is alive. Holmes discovers a witness who can testify to evidence tampering.

Holmes establishes independence on the task force and meets Maggie. Kimble suffers a head injury and memory loss.
Episode 7 - Voire Dire (May)
Hoping to fill the gaps in his memory, Kimble attends a mock version of his own trial at Syracuse University, only to discover Gerard is one of the witnesses. As his memory slowly returns, he finds himself cornered by Gerard.

Kimble makes contact with old and new friends and has a reunion with Maggie while a corrupt policeman follows a lead straight to his door.
