1) The show hall opens at 8:30 am, and judging begins at 9:00 am.
2) The lunch break will be as close to 12 noon as judging allows.
3) NAMHSA membership is pending. All models placing first and second will be eligible to show at the North American Nationals (NAN). For more information, please refer to theNAMHSA website at http://www.namhsa.org/
1) Travel directions: Midland is located off of I-20, about halfway between Dallas and El Paso. Take the Midkiff exit off of I-20 to Wall St. (Business 20). Turn left on Wall St. and get on the North service road (westbound). The Clarion will be on your right just before you reach Midland Drive.
2) Host hotel accomodations: Call the Clarion at (432) 697-3181, and mention the Collectible Horse Show to receive the $79.99 per night room rate. Update: You must reserve your room before January 31, 2008 to receive the reduced rate!

Conduct
1) Please demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times.
2) Do not talk to judges while they are judging.
3) Do not pick up any models without the owner's permission.
4) Please pay attention to all announcements.
5) Please remember to thank the judges, volunteers, and donors! They help make the show a success!
6) Have FUN and ENJOY the show!!!
Tags
1) This show will use the EMCAT number system. If you do not already have an EMCAT number, please contact Daralyn Wallace (RaunFalcon@aol.com) to get one. You can look up your EMCAT number on this web page: http://starhold.150m.com/numbers.htm
2) The model's entry number, breed, and gender should be written or typed on the front of the tag. This side of the tag should be facing up when placed in the show ring for judging.
3) The back of the tag should have the model's name (optional) and the owner's name written or typed on it for identification purposes.
4) Please make sure that the tags are legible!!!
5) Don't forget the collectibility card or tag with your OF plastic entries!
Show String List
1) You must provide a list of the models in your showstring to the show hostess.
2) Important note: Please email your showstring list before the show! I'll gladly receive lists up until the day before the show, but before February 1, 2007 is preferred. Any day-of-show additions can be turned in on paper on show day, but please keep these to a minimum!
3) At the top of each page, list your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
4) Next, list the models in your showstring in numerical order. For more details on making tags and show string list, please refer to the EMCAT numbers web page (http://starhold.150m.com/numbers.htm).
Awards and Placings
1) Flat ribbons will be awarded to sixth place.
2) Vicky Norris is making unique trophies for championships!
3) Vicky and Darrell Norris are providing special prizes for overall division championships.
