| Chevy has two basic starter bolt patterns. Each one has it own flywheel size requirements. |
| The red dots are the bolt holes. Bellhouses may have holes that fit either one. The flywheel size will determine which you will need. |
| Note that there are a lot of different part numbers for starters because they have various widings for torque. In reality any starter will work fine on most street engine compression ratios. I am doing some research now to find out which starter is the strongest. To be announced..... if you know ... let me know! |
