Nelson, BC
A place where life is unhurried and people say "hello" to strangers.  It is a town where time has seemingly stood still.  Turn-of-the-century ambiance lingers in every corner from the 350 preserved hertiage buildings to the fully restored streetcar.  But don't let the quiet fool you...  So come turn back the clock for a great time.

Kaslo, BC
Welcome to the "Switzerland" of the Americas - Kaslo, BC!  A product of the silver bonanza of the 1890's, Kaslo is set on the delta of the Kaslo River between the Selkirk and Purcell mountains.  On February 25, 1894 both a fire and a hurricane struck the town, all but destroying it.  Fortunately the community was re-built and the tree-lined streets and vintage buildings thrill visitors.
