Lt. General Nathan Twining prepared a report, entitled "Air Accident Report on 'Flying Disc' Aircraft Stored at White Sands Proving Ground, New Mexico", dated 16 July 1947.  It states, in regards to the recovered craft, that, "Underneath the power plant, was discovered a ball-turret, approximately ten feet in diameter.  This turret was encompassed by a series of gears that has an unusual rationot known by any of our engineers.  On the underside of the turret were four circular cavities, coated with some smooth material not identified.  These cavities are symetrical but seem to be movable.  Just how is not known.  The movement of the turret coinsides with the dome-shaped copula compartment above the power room.   It is believed that the main propulsion system is a bladeless turbine, similar to current development now underway at AMC and the Mogul Project.  A possible theory was devised by Dr. August Sheinbaff (a Paperclip scientist), Dr. Wartner von Braun and Dr. Theodore von Karman.  As the craft moves through the air, it somehow draws the oxygen from the atmosphere and by an induction process, generates an atomic fusion reaction.  The air outside the craft would be ionized, thus propelling the craft forward.  Coupled with the circular air foil for lift, the craft would presumably have an unlimited range and air speed.  This may account for the reported absence of any noise and the apparent blue flame often associated with rapid acceleration.
Robert Lazar is a former government scientist who worked at a secret base known as Area S-4 where the U.S. military is flying recovered UFOs.  He states that an antimatter reactor allows the spaceships to produce their own gravitational fields.  He says that the spacecrafts can exert a tremendous gravitational field to actually warp space and time, and fold it.  You could travel a tremendous distance in this manner, and time would not change at all.  When you harness gravity, you harness everything.  It is the missing piece in physics right now.  We really know very little about gravity.  However, the technology to harness gravity not only exists, but it is being tested right now at Area S-4.   Robert says that there are two modes of travel.  There is a low speed mode and a high speed mode.  In the low speed mode, the craft essentially sits on three gravity waves.  It can focus the waves behind it and essentially keep falling forward.  In the second mode, the amplitude is increased and the craft begins to lift.  As it leaves Earth's gravitational field, the craft performs a roll maneuver and points the bottom of the craft at the destination.  Three gravity amplifiers, on the bottom of the craft, are converged and focused on the destination.  They are brought up to full power and a tremendous time-space distortion takes place.  The craft is whipped right to that point.           Robert says that he has seen an element that cannot be found on the periodic chart of elements.  This element, called 115, can be stored in lead casings.  It is impossible to synthesize an element that heavy here on Earth.  But, the government has 500 pounds of it.  Element 115 is the fuel for the antimatter reactors onboard the spacecraft.  By bombarding element 115 with electrons, antimatter is produced.
