Osler Medical Aid Foundation (OMAF) was launched in 1984 by four McGill medical students.
It takes its name from Sir William Osler (1849-1919), one of McGill's best known
graduates, renowned for his humanitarian approach to medicine. In this spirit, OMAF's
purpose is to help improve access to quality health care in the developing world by:
