Exploratory Analyses

This page provides information on initial exploratory Y chromosome genealogy analyses, undertaken to test and evaluate techniques. These links are provided solely to provide access to early work. These early analyses include surname clustering, use of surnames to define geographic spread of haplotype clusters, and haplotype clustering. The techniques developed here will be used on the latest phase 3 analysis.
