Robinson enjoyed a great day at the plate. He lashed a single in the 1st inning, belted a three-run homer in the 3rd inning and bombed a two-run dinger (his 8th of the season) in the 4th inning. Sacramento totaled 10 on the afternoon. The victory went to Sutton(1-1) who went the distance allowing 3 runs. Vean Gregg(1-1) absorbed the loss. Sacramento scored big getting 6 runs off him in 2 and 2/3 innings. 'Some days it just all comes together, and this was one of them' Robinson said. 'I've been seeing the ball pretty well lately.' |
