The cow level is a place where
good items can be found and experience can be received extremely
easy and fast. The cow level is how it sounds, it has cows in
it, these are called hell bovines, they are monsters that you
must kill. You have to have killed baal to make the cow level,
there is a normal, nightmare and hell difficulty cow run. For
the best item drops and experience you will want to go straight
to hell cow runs no matter what level you are. However if you
are high or low level, especially low level you will need to be
in a party with other people that are killing cows. When the cow
level is made if you would like to have the ability to make it
again do not kill the cow king, you will know him when you see
him and he does some pretty good damage so you will want to keep
your distance from him, if you get to close he will follow you
around the whole cow run unless you ditch him in a corner,
teleport away if your a sorceress, or let him follow someone
else :). These cows have a good chance to drop good items so
some magic find can insure the drops you will want. Well good

**In order to
make a the Secret Cow Level, you must obtain Wirt's Leg (Off of
Wirt's leg in Tristram - Cain Quest). Transmute the Leg while
in the Rogue Encampment with a Tome of Town Portal and It'll
create a portal** |
