Part 2: Cross-A-Lot Mystery

 

Thanks a lot for moving on to Part 2.  In this section you will be doing some sewing.

 

 

Step 1: 

*    Take the (2) 5.5” x 9” Fabric B, the 8.5” x 9” Fabric B, and the (2) 2.5” x 9” Fabric A.

           Sew them in this order. HINT for this step and the next two steps. The common length should go next to each other. In this step the 9" length would sewn together.

       

                5.5” B;     2.5” A;    8.5” B;     2.5” A;     5.5” B

 

*  Cut this strip into (3) 2.5” x 22” strips.  Label these strips #1.

 

 

Step 2:

*  Take the (3) 2.5” x 18” Fabric B, the (4) 3.5” x 18” Fabric A, the (2) 2.5” x 18” Fabric C.

        Sew them in this order.

 

        2.5” B;    3.5” A;    2.5” C;    3.5” A;    2.5” B;    3.5” A;     2.5” C;    3.5” A;  2.5” B

 

*  Cut this strip into (4) 3.5” x 22” strips.  Mark these strips #2.

 

 

Step 3:

*  Take the (3) 2.5” x 5.5” A; (2) 8.5” x 5.5” C;

        Sew them in this order.

 

        2.5” A;   8.5” C;   2.5” A;   8.5” C;  2.5” A

 

*  Cut this strip into (2) 2.5” x 22” strips.  Mark these strips #3.

 

 

Congratulations!! You have finished Part 2.
