Some people, for some unknown reason, do not think I would know a lot about getting rid of acne. Those people are idiots. I have read almost everything out there ever published on the subject. I have had time to experiment. I do not want to comtemplate the state of my skin if I hadn't. I will now proceed to, once again, share the wisdom of ages: Of the ones I've used, Clearasil and ProActive work the best. Masks are always good unless you leave them on for waay too long. Burt's Bees Blemish Stick doesn't always get rid of a zit, but it will stop you from breaking out if your chin is feeling icky or something. The only downside is it's smells like parsley. At least it's all natural ^^;. If you must pop, put some Neosporin on it so it doesn't scar. Make sure your make-up is oil free. To hide a zit: #1. Wash face and put some acne stuff on the zit. #2. Grab a concealer or, if you must, foundation that's close to your skin tone. Put a wee bit on. #3. Set it with powder. ((The powder should be lighter than your skin to work best. Some people say to grab a blueish or yellowish *undertoned* one to hide the pink.)) Tap it with your finger and repeat if necessary. #4. It's a lot better to go in layers so you don't have gobs of junk on your face. Eye drops'll help hide the redness. I don't care how late it is or what you have to do tomorrow. Wash your face every day. Grab a face brush. It's really soft so it doesn't hurt and it'll exfoliate better that most else and get the acne medication where it needs to be. *Don't over-exfoliate.* If you're bent on using organic stuff, witch hazel is the best second only to said Burts Bees.
