Here's a shot of the controller that shipped with the Japanese version of the game. If you want to get this controller just get a black and a grey controlller and unscrew them and switch the tops of them.

Maybe it's just late here in the computer lab but I don't remember "GO" being written like this in the actual game so I'm asumming it's a pre-production shot.
