07-19-08: As of 9:00 PM. the results have been posted from yesterday. Congrats to all the members on some great performances during some intense sun and heat! The first game had an excellent comeback in the 8th inning from team A! Team D dominated the second game scoring 14 runs with some great hits and smart baserunning. SHOUT-OUTS TO: #9 Dan G. for still being the only member yet to lose a game! #39 Beth for having the most run scored with 126! #36 Jung S. for being the only player to not miss any games! #42 Crystal D. for putting her mouth in front of a bad hop at 3rd base and walking it off like a soldier! #22 Will K. for some great hitting going 4-4! #63 Anya W. for also cutting the ball off legally with her body to prevent being thrown out at first base!
07-13-08: As of 5:00 PM. the results have been posted from yesterday. Congrats to all the members on some solid games of softball! Excellent defense in game one where almost every participant made at least one great play. In the second game we had another walk-off hit in the bottom of the 9th inning after the visiting team (C) came back from 3 runs down in the top of the last inning! Shout-outs to all who played in GAME 1 & 2!!!
06-28-08: As of 7:00 PM. the results have been posted from today. Congrats to all the members on an amazing display of softball and trash talking!! In the first game, Team B came back from 12-0 to win, shout-out to all of TEAM B!!!....
MORE SHOUT-OUTS TO: #9 Dan G. for being the only member to win 100% of his games! #55 Kabeer B. for scoring the most runs with 100 just topping several with 99 team runs scored! #42 Crystal D. with some great D, especially at SS, and looking good doing it! (she had her hair done before the game!)....#12 Denis M. with a few more HR bombs over outfielders heads! #51 Jessica W. for some great pitching (over 10 innings worth!)

We had great weather and the second game had 7 lead changes ending up in a one-run win for team C...SHOUT-OUTS TO: #3 Fernando R. for catching over 15 innings today! #7 Jon S. and #18 Dave R. for some bombs to right-field! #59 Randi B. and #63 Anya W. for some great catches in the outfield! #21 Catherine M. for some good catching and solid hitting!

Our league is a “pure social” league which means although we have some good softball players, we mostly care about having a good time and meeting new people! The league has a great ratio of men to women providing for a fabulous co-ed experience. The skill level ranges from beginner to advanced, and even the most challenged and/or gifted players in our league have a great time because of the league's social aspect. Please be reminded that THIS IS A MODIFIED SLOW PITCH SOFTBALL LEAGUE with modified rules. Anyone is allowed in our league as long as they have a desire to have a good time and meet new people. More specifically, everyone gets assigned a number for the whole season. Each week your number will be assigned with different teammates and opponents to play during one of the designated time slots.
We have approximately 12 - 20 players on each team. Everyone plays with different teammates and opponents each week. While we do consider special requests for friends to play during the same time, we encourage you to branch out! We have had many couples and groups thanking us for splitting them up, as it has given them a chance to meet others they would have never talked to or been teamed up with.
Some of you might have been part of a similar type “round robin” league or tournament in another sport, but it is pretty revolutionary for softball. All approved refunds within 24 hours of initial payment are easy and instant but subject to a three percent service charge. After that time period has past, it is at the sole discretion of the league to refund your fee (see FAQ). At the end of the season, our league administrators will also put together our customary "end of the season" social OPEN-BAR party where we can all relax and hang out away from the field. We hope to see you all on the fields this Spring!
