| This is Jaiden and he is now 5 years old! He has a very interesting personality. In some ways he is very funny and out going, but he seems to be this way mainly with other adults. He does not really seem interested in playing with other children except for his brother and our close friends. He seems better with older children and adults. He does NOT like younger children and he says he does not like babies. He does seem to like animals a great deal. He still has moments of monstrosity, and does things like cutting shoe laces, drawing on walls, squeezing out the tooth paste on the counters, and other things like this. He still has a habit of breaking things, not in violent ways, but more out of curiosity. These episodes come far and fewer between as he gets older, but he still likes to show us that he has not forgotten how to do it! Jaiden is not really impressed with school. Most of the kids seem to like him, but he does not like them. He likes the teachers and other adults at the school but he does not like to be involved with the kid stuff. He hates to sing and to dance but he will if he must. His French tutor, Marie-France says he really works well with her and is interested in learning, unlike Darien who just did what was expected. Jaiden is much more open and has no trouble expressing what is on his mind. Jaiden loves playing games. Candy Land, connect four, and checkers are his favorite. He also loves to ride his bike and go out on nature walks. He likes flowers, ladybugs, butterflies, grasshoppers, dragonflies and frogs. He also likes computer games and video games, but not as much as Darien. He also speaks often about his other brothers and says he thinks they should live with us. |
