Below are the Bylaws of Local 734. The Bylaws are over fifty pages long and are in PDF (Adobe) format. This is a large file and at 28.8 will take approx. 10 minutes to download. I would suggest you save it to a file on your computer where you would be able to view it quickly and easily at you leisure.
