Why is the title of this site so cheesy?

"Marje Nitz Plays Here" was the title of the first web site I ever made, WAY long ago in 1994. Chalk it up to nostalgia. Just be grateful that I ditched the fake tulips.

I have been notified that my web site should be updated, or it may be deleted. I would be sad for that to happen, so I'm updating at least the first page.

The rest, well, that will take awhile. I have to decide if I continue developing a site about a trip to Italy that happened 2 years ago, or if I branch out into other things of interest to me (and maybe 2 other people on the planet.
