Assistant Director, Program Research  and Curriculum Development
Supervised from three to five staff on research projects in support of needs studies, institutional program evaluation, federal/provincial human manpower and curriculum development issues for a variety of industrial sectors hospitality, tourism ,recreation, welding etc.. Responsible for the systematic review of courses, programs and faculty by scheduling program content research; liaison with standing advisory committees; setting up studies and systems on program graduates; and performing statistical analyses of program performance. Investigated special problem areas (program or course validity and specific concerns expressed by constituencies, institutions and/or individuals); carried out evaluation and organisational studies, translated statistical data and prepared reports for use by management in decision making process. Consulted to staff and committees regarding curriculum development, evaluation and organisational performance measures. Developed and conducted statistical task analytic procedures and prepared curricula  outlines and evaluation materials; developed criterion  referenced test items for career preparation courses. Consulted on educational testing. In addition, made recommendations on executive and policy matters requested by the Minister, Councils, and Boards; advised on the institutional distribution, expansion, contraction and revision of courses and programs, designed and implemented follow up studies and prepared annual budgets, contracts and tender proposal summaries for the research section. Administered and monitored contracts .for curriculum support for the Province of British Columbia. Participated in joint provincial and federal education and manpower studies.

Consultant, Operations Manager developed and became part owner of international self listing industrial auction and web page site. Developed security protocols, consulted on privacy and intellectual property issues  Listed to Nasdaq Bulletin Board and sold.

Under the proprietorship of East West Consultants carried out a wide variety of contracts with corporations, governments,  statistical analyses for ESL assessments, building surveys, dental assessment studies for UBC, needs studies for  colleges   individuals, domestic and international. Included in these was   extensive SPSS X data analyses, organisational studies and consulting to Canada Safeway. Management consulting to numerous businesses on organizational and tax issues
Consulting and  preparation of SRED (Scientific Research and Experimental Development) Tax refunds for a variety of  industrial clients.

   Forensic Psychiatric Services  
   Senior Policy and Program Analyst.
   Supervised two staff. Responsible for program evaluation and organisational studies, statistical analyses, assessment  procedures. Consulted with Ministry of Attorney General regarding studies on adult criminal psychiatric offenders.
Developed evaluation procedures for treatment programs.

   Psychologist.
   Designed , implemented and evaluated treatment programs, assisted in behaviour modification therapy, interviewed patients for specific treatment programs, conducted individual and group sessions. Administered, scored interpreted a variety of clinical tests. Prepared reports.

CITY OF VANCOUVER                                1969-71
Social Worker.
     Provided supportive case services, counselling and welfare   administration to families and single women in the Kitsilano  area of Vancouver. Prepared special staff committee
reports for emergency and special requests under legislation
related to welfare and requests requiring regional director  or Ministerial approval. Interviewed and counselled clients.
