The LeDain commission report, the senate report, the house of commons report, the poll after poll and the parker decision, the Krieger decision and the fact that parliament is trying to pass new laws to replace the old laws shows: Our Canadian government is complacent in all of this, as they unjustly and unCanadianly use the courts to politically persecute a Canadian doing what is only just, right, proper and of course legal beyond belief according to the rule of law here in Canada.
Reginald Normore, former Candidate for the Marijuana Party of Canada, President of the Marijuana Party of Alberta has unjustly and wrongly been imprisoned for a charge unknown to Law. It is unknown to law, as that is the reason that Parliament is trying to write and pass new laws to the senate. Reginald Normore was only doing what he believed to be right and proper. Helping those in need get their medicinal substance commonly known as hemp. For this an Albertan judge, knowing that Grant Krieger is going to the Supreme court to have them agree with him that doing what the government was ordered to and is not doing is a-okay. 'specially when there is no charge known to law.
Unfortunately Judges and crown persecutors work for big large paycheck. And because of this they are subject to political influence and do what the man writing the paycheck tells them to do. That is how it goes in the courts here in Alberta. Reginald Normore is no threat to society, nor did he do any harm to anyone anywhere at anytime. It is a barbaric savage witch-hunt of political discrimination stinking to high heaven of a pogrom of titanic scale that has put an innocent person like Reginald Normore in Jail for a charge unknown to law.

again. The state doing things like threatening to take children away from their
parents, putting 50,000+ people before the courts every year. Seizing property,
letting others die in remand centers, when there is no death sentence, forcing
medical users to obtain a "Special ID" (Yellow star.) Ignoring court orders to
make access easier and safer (parker, Krieger decisions to name just a few of
many.) Causing fear-mongering with lies of poisons everywhere to grow a herb,
billions spent every year, the seizure of businesses stock on shelves, the
stealing of cars, money, and other possessions show it is a pogrom of nutzie
scale.
The consistent demonizing in the media, the abuse of authority to persecute a
people, the lying laws of decriminalization, the ignoring of the senate report,
the house of commons report and poll after poll show:
The Government is in violation of United Nations laws to not discriminate and
persecute a people for their beliefs, and is in an intensified pogrom of trying
to exterminate a culture of people with a comment knowledge of truth, that
marijuana is a most beneficial herb.

jails, political leaders forced into slave labor in 3rd rate jails for passing a
joint, others forced to flee their country to get their medication, and even

There is a way to help stop such a crime against humanity, and that way is to

and when they campaign, they tow the party line, spout the party platform, and
never ever mention marijuana.

entrenched prohibitionist party members taking over the candidate positions.

set up an EDA, be a Candidate, and do ever so much more. Like inform the
electoral of the benefits of Legalized Marijuana!
