About me...

I was born in a monday morning (lucky me) in Academy town (Akademgorodok) in Novosibirsk, Russia. I was six I went to my first school: music school N10 where I started to play violin. I never perform alone, but my teacher Iuri Doni organized ensemble called "Spring violins" with his students (violins only) with whom I performed in Akademgorodok, Novosibirsk, Berdsk and other cities. In 1992 we were invited to France. We stayed in Paris one week and played in one of french music schools.

In 1987 I went to english school N130. There were so many good things that I liked. For example Festivals, where every class chooses one theme (country, theater play, TV program, ets.) and presents it. These Festivals take place every two years and the best performs receive a prise. The performs are always interesting and fun.

When I was 14 years old my family moved to Brazil, a county of Carnaval, beaches, football and a lot of sun. It was difficult at first to adapt to such diferent climate and language, but after a year I get used to all that and started to miss Russia, siberian winter and all that snow, that was around me at least for 4 mounths a year.

Another thing that I miss is my classmates. I left them after finishing 8th grade. They all graduated in 1997.

From 1998 to 2000 I was studying mathematics in University of Campinas (UNICAMP) , but now I'm in Novosibirsk University . As you can see, I'm back to my home town. It's been a 6 years that I spend in Brazil until I came back home. You know, Russia and Brazil are very different, not just by the language, but by maners, values.. I think that people of Russia grow up much faster then Brazilians. I mean not about the look, but a maner of be.



Aboat my Family...

My father Valery is a Math professor in unversity of matematic, my mother? also Alexandra is a Software Engineer. I have one brother Andy, and one sister Lena. My brother is two years older than me. He graduated with Master of Arts from OU, as you can see, everyone in our family is mathematitian . You can find more information about him on his Homepage by clicking on his name. My sister Lena was moved to Brasil at the age of 5 (at 6 she could speak two languages already). Now she is living with my parents in Sweden... she is about 13 years old and now speeks 3 languages at least... really nice, don't you think?
