Item he left and bequeathed to his daughter Margaret all the money -- in mortgage in Kelly's Close, she paying to her two sons William and Thomas 20 shillings each when she --- said money; and not before. Item he left to Issable Mcylecharane, his granddaughter a quart of wool; to Jon McYlecharane a sheep and a lamb to
Jane Quail a choice blanket legacy. Item
he left to John Tear half a crown, besides what goods he has of ye testators in
his possession. Item he left to his daughter Averick ten shillings besides a --- which she received in 28 shillings and 8 shillings which was paid her in money. Item he left to John Tear's two daughters a sheep and a lamb. Item he declared there is due to

some items: The testator further declared to avoid future differences which might arise that his son Gilbert received two oxen and a horse of his mother's goods and if he fully satisfied in all that belonged to him by his mother's will and also for said 5 stocks of oats that were due to him by said death of his step mother for which he got a quart of wool, ye price being 2.6; due to him from Issable Quirk 2.4 due to him from Ewan Kissage, Lockman, 1.3. He left and bequeathed to his son Gilbert six pence legacy He willed that his son Gilbert should pay to said executor 15 shillings or otherwise to have a --- of land called Camotto-Croft? Item

pence. Lastly, he constituted and appointed his beloved daughter Margaret McYlecharane als Kinread sole executor of all goods moveable and immoveable, half ye sheep except which two sons William and Thomas are to have. (parts

LASTLY She nominated and appointed her son John Mylecharane executor of the rest of her goods movable and immoveable Her witnesses 12 shillings each to any one that would twenty shillings to be expended on her funeral.
Oct 14th 1726-Jon Mcylcharrane within mentioned this day came to the Records and acknowledged to have rec'd from his brother Thomas the thirteen pounds left him by will of by his within mother and doth hereby acquit discharge and exonerate his said brother his executors son for ever of the same. Witness his hand an

May 13,1718 Daniel Quinney of KK Arbory enters a claim against the executor of John Kinread for 40 shillings which was due to his wife in her christening. Thomas McYlecarane does hereby acknowledge to have received from his mother Margaret McYlecharane the sum of 20 shillings which was left him by his grandfather John Kinread of Lezayre out of ye mortgage money in Close Kelly for which he doth acquit and discharge his said mother and her executor forever. May 19, 1718, Ballaugh - Daniel Quinney of KIC Arbory acknowledges to have received this day 10 shillings in full of the legacy left of his wife by her father John Kinread, and also 7 shillings more in full satisfaction for the claim entered by him against the executor of his said father-in-law and for all dues, reckonings and demands whatsoever. WILL KK Lezayre 1730 FHL Film #0106372: This is affirmed to be the last will arid testament of Gilbert Kinread who departed this life the 14th of October 1730, being of perfect mind and memory. Item he bequeathed to his grandson John Kinread all his sheep. Item he left to his wife his part of a chest during her lifetime. Item
he left to his son William 3 bowls of oats. Item he willed that his daughter Margaret Kinread arid his grandson John Kinread executor of all the rest of his goods. Lezayre 1730. Whereas it is agreed upon by Margaret Kinread and John Kinread executors to Gilbert Kinread ye John Kinread before mentioned is to have the sheep left unto him free and debtless and all for half what lands may appear as chattels and doth acquit the whole executorship in the hand of Margaret Kinread, and this is the penalty of 18 pounds in the nature of all other fines and said William Kinread is to have what husbandry gears is due to Margaret Kinread, he the said William, acquitting himself from any demand whatever upon the said Margaret as witness these names this 14 day of October 1730.
