The reason for this web page is dedicated to my professional passion - Human Resources & Professional Secretarial Assistance. And as you will note, I'm in the midst of developing this web page, as and when my creativity gets the better of me....

I've also included travel details of Malaysia (my country of birth) and places I've visited -  Dubai, a lovely city despite the scorching heat, Chennai, took a short 1 week retreat & Bangkok, where I lived briefly for 3 months. I was on a gap year during 2004 simply because I decided to hit the books again (and much discipline it took...) & also decided to self-study about how to create a web page - as and when time permits - the effects of which, you see now.

Come this Year of the Rooster, I've decided to return to the workforce. My resume is available online for prospective employers and welcome the opportunity for a discussion on my prospects of employment.

I thrive in providing professional administrative and HR support. I enjoy participating in HR forums on Yahoo Groups and contribute my share of thoughts towards the HR field. I do best when I'm asked to develop policies, procedures, employee manuals, create office forms, developing power point presentations on a host of issue, researching for information, developing brochures (to view a sample click here, of which I did for a travel agent) and can swing right into the whole works of providing professional secretarial assistance.

Meanwhile, I'm working on a HR guide for recruitment & selection which I hope to post up by the end of Jan 2005, researching material for soft skills in the workplace -the 1st piece would be Presentation Skills [do visit for more updates], enhancing this webpage with content, sourcing for more web links to place on my links page, have uploaded HR Forms, will place employment assessments by end of Jan 2005, for the admin professionals I have for you sample business letters + templates which you can customise according to your needs & I am contemplating a move abroad - which also leaves me in between of packing my lock, stock & barrel of personal effects.

You can definitely look forward to more development each month with news of my relocation and travel escapades.

I also welcome freelance opportunities to develope:

§   Material for soft skill presentations

§   Coursework material for Microsoft training

§   Content for HR issues - Employee Manual, Policies & Procedures, etc
