Every year KENAIR flies at the many R/C events in the area. This guide & report is provided to help you find the R/C events and check out the photos from each. All events are put on by club volunteers & we appreciate their efforts! The fun is in flying, so head on out!

This summer at Oshkosh EAA Airventure 2001 I stopped by the Zurich Sunglasses booth. I often read about the Zurich sunglasses in the model magazines as my eyes are very sensitive to sun light. I had to try on a pair on to see what the hype was. I tried on many different pair, they seemed good and since this was my last day at Oshkosh, I had better decide. I bought a pair of the grey tint. Next day I drove the 13 hours back to Winnipeg and wore the Zurich sunglasses, the sunglasses cut down the glare while on the road and my eyes felt great when I got home. Two days later I went flying, taking off to the east and toward the sun. What a change, the Zurich sunglasses really made a difference and now I no longer avoid flying close to the sun.
