Booking Conditions

Upon receipt of a booking form and 50% deposit, a letter confirming your booking will be sent to you together with a receipt for your deposit and invoice for the outstanding amount. Final payment is due no later than one calendar month prior to your arrival date.

The property is offered for holiday use only. 

The rental period shall commence at 3pm on the arrival day (Saturday), and terminates at 10am on the departure day (Saturday).

All rentals run from Saturday to Saturday, unless special arrangements have been agreed with the owner.

The owners of the property shall not be liable to the client for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services, nor for any loss or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, strikes or other matters beyond the control of the owner. 

The owners of the property shall not be liable to the client for any personal injury suffered during their stay at the property.

It is recommended that the clients obtain suitable insurance against loss or damage to their property and personal injury for the duration of their stay.  An E111 form and/or medical insurance is also recommended.

A bond of 150 Euros will be taken prior to the start of the rental period to cover any chargeable expenses arising during the rental period (e.g., damage to furniture fittings or equipment supplied for the use of the clients) To this end, any defects in furniture, fittings or equipment should be brought to the caretakers attention as soon as possible.  This bond will be refunded in full at the end of the rental period assuming no damage has occurred.

Towels and fresh bed linen are supplied. If your stay is for more than 1 week arrangements for extra linen can be made with the caretaker on your arrival. If you would like the linen changed for you, there will be a charge for this service.

A charge of 0.15 euros per unit of electricity used will be levied.  On website bookings the first 50 units are free of charge. The meter reading will be taken in the presence of the client at the start and end of the rental period. If electricity usage for the rental period is below 50 units the difference is not refundable.
